The Europe Direct North Aegean, in cooperation with the New Europeans network, organized on Tuesday 15 March 2016 a closed event within the framework of the “Wake up Europe!” Campaign and the European citizenship workshop, with the participation of students and Staff of the University of Sheffield and the University of the Aegean.

The event took place in Room B of the Sea Building of the University of the Aegean (Ground Floor Building, University Hill). “The Great European Disaster” film was presented, followed by a discussion.

The event was co-ordinated by Dimitris Ballas (Associate Professor, University of the Aegean and Senior Lecturer, University of Sheffield) and Alexia Nikomani (Europe Direct North Aegean, University of the Aegean).
